Original Blueprint and Fitment

The retained Alpha VB28547W drawing dated August 30, 2017 specifies approximately 45 US gallons, a 53.5 x 27.75-inch plan and 9.25-inch overall depth including the shaped end. The main body is called out as 7 inches deep; the end feature is 5.25 inches wide. Alpha’s current tank catalog also lists VB28547W at 45 gallons with a 7-inch body depth. Allow clearance for the full shaped end rather than using the body depth alone.

This listing is the VB28547WBLANK configuration. The original drawing remains the dimensional reference. Dimensions are in inches, are reference dimensions with ±1/4-inch tolerance, and capacity is approximate. Verify the exact tank profile and connection requirements before selecting a replacement.
