Order Cancellation & Change Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

1-Hour Cancellation Window

All orders placed on ElkhartRVParts.com are eligible for cancellation or modification within 1 hour of the time the order is placed. During this window, you may:

Cancel your order entirely for a full refund
Update your shipping address

The 1-hour window begins at the exact time your order is confirmed. A countdown timer is displayed on your order confirmation page for your convenience.

After the 1-Hour Window

Once the 1-hour cancellation window has closed, we immediately begin coordinating with our vendors and warehouse partners to fulfill your order. At that point:

Cancellations are generally not possible. Many of our products are sourced directly from manufacturers or fulfilled by vendor partners, and production or shipping coordination begins as soon as your cancellation window closes.
Address changes are generally not possible. Shipping labels and carrier pickups may already be scheduled.
Order modifications (adding/removing items, changing variants) are not possible after the cancellation window closes.

How to Cancel or Make Changes

To cancel or modify your order within the 1-hour window:

Visit your order confirmation page (linked in your confirmation email) and use the cancellation option provided, or
Contact us at help@elkhartrvparts.com with your order number

Requests received after the 1-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated.

Special Order Items

Some products are marked as special-order items. These items have stricter terms: all sales are final with no cancellations, returns, or exchanges permitted once the order is placed. Special-order terms are clearly displayed on the product page, and you must acknowledge them before adding the item to your cart. The 1-hour cancellation window does not apply to special-order items.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is processed within the 1-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Returns (After Delivery)

This policy covers pre-shipment cancellations only. For returns after you have received your order, please refer to our Return Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on ElkhartRVParts.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Order Cancellation & Change Policy. This policy is displayed on every product page, included in your order confirmation email, and shown on your order status page at the time of purchase. Your cancellation policy acceptance is recorded on each order for reference.
