Shipping for Large Items

For oversized or very heavy items such as large water tanks, complete shade systems, or bulk orders, we utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight services to ensure safe delivery. These shipments may require special handling and delivery arrangements, and our team will contact you with specific details and timing.

Shipping Timeframes

Each item has a unique processing lead time and shipping in transit time.  This information is provided on the product detail page and on each item in your cart.  While this is NOT a guarantee it is our best estimation based on constant feedback from our vendor partners and shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
