Which shade styles can I build?
Choose Pleated, Valu-Line Roller or Premium Roller. Each offers Night Only and Day & Night configurations. Available colors and size limits update with your shade family.
What is the difference between night and day & night?
Night Only provides the night fabric. Day & Night adds a separate day fabric so you can change your light control. Roller day fabrics are screens; pleated day fabrics are sheer.
Can I order a fractional size?
Yes. Enter your finished shade width and height in inches. Measurements round to the nearest quarter inch when you leave the field. Review the displayed dimensions before adding to cart.
Can I see a color sample before ordering?
Yes. The Colors step includes a link to the sample pack for your selected shade family. Physical samples are the best way to judge color and texture in your own RV.
Are mounting brackets included?
Yes. Choose one compatible bracket style and two or three brackets per shade, included free. Valu-Line offers #8 flat or #10 large L brackets; Premium offers #3 flat or #5 large L brackets. Pleated shades include pleated mounting brackets. Your choice appears with each shade in your cart and order.
Can you match my existing shade?
If you would prefer help matching an existing shade, use the Send us your old shade replacement service linked above the builder and in the measuring section.
When will my shade arrive?
The builder displays an estimated delivery window with your configuration. Review the estimate before ordering. Rush ordering is not currently offered in this builder.
Can I return a custom shade?
These are custom, non-refundable products. Double-check the shade style, measurements and colors before ordering, and contact Elkhart RV Parts if you need help.
