Will this fit my 2021 Jayco with a Lippert power awning?

Yes, this Solera® assembly is compatible with most Lippert power awning systems installed on Jayco, Forest River, and other major RV brands. Measure your existing awning length to confirm it’s 20 feet.

Does it include installation instructions?

Yes, the product ships with detailed step-by-step instructions for removing your old roller and installing this assembly. Basic tools are required.

Can I retract it manually if the motor fails?

Absolutely. The hybrid design includes a manual override feature—just use the included hand crank if needed.

How does Prepflex fabric compare to vinyl?

Prepflex is more durable than standard vinyl, with better resistance to UV fading, cracking, and mildew. It’s also lighter weight for easier operation.

Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size

Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Upgrade Your RV Awning with Factory-Quality Performance

RV awnings take a beating from sun, wind, and rain—leading to frayed fabric, stuck rollers, or failed motors. The Solera® 20' Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly is engineered to outlast the elements with durable Prepflex Solid Black fabric and a robust motorized mechanism. No more wrestling with a manual crank or replacing flimsy aftermarket parts every season.

Features

20-foot span – Fits standard RV awnings for travel trailers and motorhomes
Prepflex Solid Black fabric – UV-resistant and tear-proof for long-lasting shade
Power & hybrid compatible – Works with motorized systems or manual override
Smooth roller operation – Precision bearings ensure quiet, even retraction
OEM-grade components – Direct replacement for Lippert/Solera® systems
Weather-resistant construction – Aluminum housing withstands rain, dust, and road vibrations

Designed as a direct replacement for Lippert’s OEM systems, this Solera® awning roller eliminates compatibility guesswork. The heavy-duty motor and reinforced fabric provide reliable performance trip after trip, whether you’re extending shade at a campsite or retracting during sudden winds.
