Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size

Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Premium 20-foot power awning roller assembly for smooth, reliable operation

RV owners know the frustration of a failing awning system - sagging fabric, jerky operation, or complete failure that leaves you without shade when you need it most. The Solera® Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly is the OEM-quality solution designed for lasting performance. Engineered specifically for 20-foot awnings, this complete roller assembly eliminates the guesswork of mixing and matching components.

Features

20-foot length - Designed specifically for standard RV awning applications
Prepflex Sand Fade fabric - Premium material appears black when closed for sleek look
Power-ready design - Compatible with electric awning motors for effortless operation
Hybrid compatibility - Works with both power and manual awning systems
Durable construction - OEM-quality materials match original equipment performance
Smooth rolling mechanism - Precision bearings for consistent operation season after season

When your RV awning starts showing signs of wear - whether it's difficulty extending, uneven rolling, or visible fabric deterioration - replacing just the fabric often isn't enough. The roller assembly itself wears out over time, leading to operational problems. This complete Solera replacement unit ensures all components work together seamlessly for reliable performance.

Unlike generic aftermarket options that may require modification, this Solera roller assembly is designed as a direct replacement for OEM systems. The Prepflex Sand Fade fabric maintains its appearance through years of sun exposure, while the heavy-duty roller tube provides the structural support needed for trouble-free operation.
