Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Restore smooth awning operation with factory-grade components

RV awnings take constant abuse from wind, sun, and road vibrations. The roller assembly is often the first component to fail - with bent tubes, frayed fabric, or seized mechanisms leaving you without shade when you need it most. This Solera® replacement assembly brings your awning back to like-new performance with OEM-grade construction.

Features

  • 11-foot span - Fits standard RV awning applications
  • Prepflex Silver Fade fabric - UV-resistant material blocks 90% of sunlight
  • Power & hybrid compatible - Works with both electric and manual systems
  • Heavy-duty roller tube - 3" diameter aluminum resists bending
  • Smooth-glide bearings - Reduces friction for effortless operation
  • Factory-matched components - Direct replacement for OEM parts

Unlike aftermarket awning parts that require modifications to fit, this Solera® roller assembly is engineered as an exact replacement for your original equipment. The durable aluminum construction withstands road vibrations while the premium fabric maintains its color and strength season after season.

Installation is straightforward for most RV owners, with no special tools required beyond basic hand tools. The assembly comes complete with all necessary hardware, eliminating the frustration of sourcing multiple components separately.
