Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Professional-grade replacement for your RV's power awning system

RV owners know the frustration of a failing awning roller - the jerky movements, fabric that won't retract properly, or worse, complete system failure that leaves you exposed to the elements. The Solera® Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly solves these problems with precision engineering and durable materials designed for years of reliable operation.

Features

  • 10-foot span fits most standard RV power awning systems
  • Prepflex Silver Fade fabric resists UV damage and color fading
  • Heavy-duty roller tube prevents warping and maintains tension
  • Precision gear mechanism ensures smooth, quiet operation
  • Hybrid compatible works with both power and manual retraction
  • Complete assembly includes all necessary mounting hardware

Unlike generic aftermarket replacements that often fail within a season, this Solera® roller assembly is built to Lippert's exacting OEM standards. The reinforced roller tube maintains perfect tension across the entire 10-foot span, preventing the sagging and uneven retraction that plagues cheaper alternatives.

The Prepflex Silver Fade fabric isn't just about looks - its advanced composition reflects sunlight to keep your RV cooler while resisting the mildew and staining that occurs with standard awning materials. Whether you're replacing a failed unit or upgrading from a manual system, this assembly delivers professional results.
