Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Premium Replacement for Worn or Damaged RV Awnings

RV awnings take a beating from sun, wind, and debris—leading to sagging fabric, jammed rollers, and costly replacements. The Solera® 14' Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly is engineered to outlast standard awnings with heavy-duty Prepflex Black Fade fabric and a reinforced roller tube. This OEM-approved replacement restores smooth operation and protects your RV interior from UV rays.

Features

  • 14-foot span fits most standard power and hybrid RV awnings
  • Prepflex Black Fade fabric resists UV damage and color fading
  • Reinforced roller tube prevents bending under wind load
  • OEM-compatible hardware for direct bolt-on installation
  • Hybrid-ready design works with manual and power awning systems
  • Weather-resistant stitching prevents unraveling at stress points

Solera® awnings are the preferred choice for RV owners who demand durability. The Prepflex fabric undergoes rigorous testing to withstand 150% more stretch cycles than economy fabrics. Unlike aftermarket rollers that wobble or bind, this assembly maintains precise alignment for smooth retraction even after years of use.

Installation is straightforward for most RV owners with basic tools. The roller assembly comes pre-assembled with factory-matched tension settings, eliminating guesswork during setup. Compatible with Lippert® power awning systems and most hybrid models.
