This process creates a seamless tank in which the walls are of equal thickness, with no weak spots to cause trouble later. THE SEALED HOLE ON TOP OF THE TANK IS FROM THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. IT IS A VENTING HOLE USED DURING THE CREATION OF THE TANK. IT HAS NO FUNCTIONAL USE FOR THE END-USER.
