Downloads & size FAQ

What do the width × length numbers mean? The last four digits of a CTG part number are the listed outer size (example: CTG60-2348W → 23″ W × 48″ L). Those are door-opening / outer dimensions—nothing on the tray exceeds them. Actual overall tray width is about ¼″ less than listed so it fits the opening (23″ listed ≈ 22¾″ overall). MORryde does not publish a carpet-between-rails inside width for CTG trays. Lip clearance is about 1.6″; floor-to-top-of-lip is often about 4.3″. Capacity ratings are not a cooler/tote fit guarantee—measure your tote’s outside width before you buy.
