The custom blinds you described will be manufactured at 21" wide by 21" tall. Note that the manufacturer does not accommodate rounded edges on these shades. To fit inside your Dodge Ram's curved window frame requiring a 17" wide top metal frame, ordering a 17" wide by 21" tall blind would avoid the need for rounded corners.
