Cargo tray fitment · CTG60-2348W

The listed 23-inch width is an outer dimension—not a confirmed inside width.

MORryde lists the CTG60-2348W as 23 inches wide by 48 inches long. Its current cargo-tray FAQ explains that the size digits describe the tray's outer dimensions. The manufacturer documents linked below do not give a separate usable width between this model's side rails.

Buying it for a cooler? Confirm the clear space between the rails before ordering. A 20-inch-wide cooler is not a confirmed fit from the 23-inch listing alone.

Outside width and usable width answer different questions

Published model size

23″ × 48″

Will the assembly fit the compartment?

Use the listed outer dimensions when checking the storage bay, then verify the doorway and the entire slide path.

Clear space between rails

Confirm before buying

Will your gear fit inside the tray?

Measure the narrowest usable space where the cooler or tote will sit. The model number does not supply this measurement.

These are two different fit checks. Do not subtract an assumed rail thickness or use an overall-width estimate as the usable carpet width.

Will a 20-inch-wide cooler fit?

We cannot confirm that from the published model size. The comparison you need is the cooler's actual outside footprint against the tray's clear interior—not 20 inches against the nominal 23-inch width.

A cooler may be narrower at its base and wider at its lid or handles. Check both: the base must sit properly, and the widest points must clear the rails, door frame, and nearby equipment as the tray moves. A width-only comparison also leaves depth and lid-opening room unanswered.

  1. Measure the cooler. Record base width and depth, overall height, and the widest points including handles, hinges, and latches. Include the cooler make and model.
  2. Measure the storage opening. Record the narrowest clear door width, available compartment depth, and door-lip height. Note hinges, plumbing, or other obstructions.
  3. Confirm the tray's usable interior. Ask for the clear width between rails and usable depth for CTG60-2348W. If you already have the tray, measure the narrowest points rather than just the carpet's center.
  4. Check the full movement. Allow room to slide the loaded tray, reach the latch, and open the cooler lid. If the dimensions are close, get a fit check before placing the order.

Ask ERVP for a CTG60-2348W fit check. Send the measurements and a photo of the compartment opening so we can identify what still needs confirming.

The size chart is not an inside-clearance drawing. Neither linked PDF establishes that a particular cooler fits this tray.
