A Season to Remember
As the final whistle blew on the regular season, the ERVP Tankers – our spirited 3rd grade soccer team sponsored by ElkhartRVParts.com – had every reason to hold their heads high. With a second-place finish and an incredible record that saw them win all but one game, these young athletes proved that heart, determination, and teamwork can take you anywhere.
But the numbers only tell part of the story.

What made this season truly special wasn't just the victories – though those nail-biting finishes certainly kept parents on the edge of their seats! It was watching each player grow, week after week. Kids who started the season tentative with the ball ended it confidently dribbling past defenders. Players who were hesitant to shoot became goal-scorers. Teammates who barely knew each other in September became a unified force on the field by season's end.
Every practice, every game, every moment of encouragement from the sidelines contributed to something bigger than soccer. These kids learned about perseverance, sportsmanship, and the power of believing in themselves and each other.
