Will this fit my 2018 Jayco Eagle?

Yes, this assembly fits most RV awning applications up to 11 feet. Measure your existing awning fabric width (typically 10'8" for 11' awnings) to confirm.

Is the fabric replaceable?

Yes, the Prepflex fabric can be replaced separately if needed, though it's designed to last 5+ years with proper care.

Does this require professional installation?

Most DIYers can install it in 1-2 hours with basic tools. The included guide walks through tension adjustment—the most critical step.

Solera provides a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size

Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Premium 11-foot awning roller assembly for power and hybrid RV awnings

RV owners know the frustration of worn-out awning rollers—fabric that fades after one season, mechanisms that jam when you need shade most, or worse, complete failure during travel. The Solera® 11' Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly solves these problems with commercial-grade components designed for years of reliable operation.

Features

11-foot span - Fits standard RV awning applications with precise roller tube alignment
Prepflex Black Fade fabric - Advanced UV-resistant material rated for 5+ years of sun exposure
Dual-operation design - Works with both power retraction systems and manual override
Heavy-duty roller tube - 3" diameter aluminum core prevents bending under wind load
Weatherproof end caps - Sealed bearings keep debris out for smooth operation
Tool-free tension adjustment - Dial in perfect fabric tautness in seconds

Solera's engineering team designed this roller assembly to outperform standard RV awning components. The anodized aluminum roller tube resists corrosion in coastal environments, while the precision-balanced design eliminates annoying "bounce" when extending the awning. Unlike bargain replacements that require constant adjustment, this OEM-grade assembly maintains perfect alignment season after season.

For RVers who demand reliability, the Prepflex Black Fade fabric represents a major upgrade over standard vinyl. The proprietary weave pattern blocks 98% of UV rays while maintaining excellent airflow—no more greenhouse effect under your awning. The fade-resistant black finish maintains its appearance years longer than cheaper alternatives.
