Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Professional-grade awning roller assembly for power & hybrid systems

Frustrated with a sticking, noisy, or broken RV awning roller? Worn-out roller assemblies cause uneven retraction, fabric sagging, and eventual motor strain. The Solera® 17' Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly delivers smooth operation with premium components engineered to match OEM specifications exactly.

Features

  • 17-foot span - Fits standard mid-size to large RV awning applications
  • Prepflex White Fade fabric - Sun-resistant material blocks 90% of UV rays
  • Heavy-duty roller tube - 3.5" diameter aluminum construction withstands wind loads
  • Precision bearings - Reduce friction for quieter operation and longer motor life
  • Complete assembly - Includes roller, end caps, and mounting hardware
  • Power awning compatible - Works with Solera and most 12V power systems

Designed specifically for RVs, this roller assembly eliminates the frustration of malfunctioning awnings. The balanced weight distribution prevents uneven retraction that can damage fabric over time. Unlike universal fit parts that require modifications, this direct replacement installs in minutes using existing mounting points.

The Prepflex White Fade fabric maintains its color and integrity through years of sun exposure. The specialized weave blocks heat while allowing airflow, creating a more comfortable outdoor space. When retracted, the fabric rolls evenly around the aluminum core without bunching or creasing.
