To return your RV roller shade springs, please send photos of the items you are returning so we can provide a return shipping label. You may return both the original 1.25 inch spring and the damaged 1 inch spring together in the same box using the provided return label. Once we receive the returns, we will process a refund to your original payment method and waive any restocking fees.
