I ordered a fireplace glass front for my RV but realized I need the entire fireplace unit instead. Do you carry the full unit? Also, what is your return procedure for the glass front item?
The glass front you ordered is a separate part, and if you need the complete fireplace unit, we offer the Covenant 36" Fireplace as a full unit option. You can view it here: http://bit.ly/3GaXmWi. For returning the glass front, we have issued a return shipping label for you to print and use. Please package the item securely in its original condition to avoid damage during return shipping.
