The Covenant Universal Blower Motor I ordered arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Do you offer a replacement with better packaging or a motor with cable connections on the opposite side?

We will send you a replacement blower motor promptly with improved packaging and expedited shipping to ensure it arrives safely before your departure after Valentine's Day. However, the blower motor model you ordered does not come with cable connections on the opposite side. If you require a different configuration, you may need to use longer cables. To initiate the replacement, please submit a damaged/replacement request through our returns page. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, let us know.
