Furrion Vision S Side Camera Wiring Help for RV Installation

Asked by WayneAsked on July 15, 2025Answered by Elkhart RV Parts
Customer Question

How do I correctly connect the four wires from my Furrion Vision S side camera to my RV's side marker light wires, which only have two wires (yellow and white)? Specifically, where do the red, black, blue, and white wires from the camera connect?

Expert Answer

For your Furrion Vision S side cameras, the wiring connections to your RV's side marker light are as follows: Connect the camera’s red wire to the yellow wire from the side marker light, which provides +12V power. Connect the camera’s black wire to the white wire from the side marker light, serving as ground. The blue wire from the camera is the trigger signal; if your monitor supports turn signal activation, connect this to the turn signal circuit to enable automatic camera display during turns. Otherwise, you can leave the blue wire unconnected or connect it to the same +12V source for constant power. The white wire from the camera is generally unused in basic installations and can be safely capped off. This wiring ensures proper power, grounding, and optional trigger functionality for your side camera system.
