I ordered the Furrion Chill Cube ducted RV rooftop air conditioner single zone wall thermostat (model FACW13VSDA) but only received the thermostat without the wiring harness shown in the product photos. Was the wiring harness intentionally excluded from the package?
The Furrion Chill Cube thermostat package should include both the thermostat and the wiring harness as shown in the product documentation. Occasionally, the wiring harness may be missing from orders due to packaging errors.
