Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Professional-grade awning roller replacement for smooth, reliable operation

Dealing with a stuck or malfunctioning RV awning can ruin your camping experience. Worn roller assemblies cause uneven retraction, fabric bunching, and motor strain. The Solera 21' Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly is engineered to restore like-new performance with reinforced components that withstand road vibrations and weather exposure.

Premium Features

  • 21-foot span - Fits standard RV awning openings with complete coverage
  • Prepflex Green Fade fabric - UV-resistant material with 500D polyester strength
  • Heavy-duty aluminum roller tube - 3" diameter construction resists bending
  • Precision bearings - Ensure smooth extension/retraction cycles
  • Power-ready design - Compatible with Solera motorized awning systems
  • Corrosion-resistant hardware - Stainless steel components for longevity

This complete roller assembly maintains proper fabric tension across the entire awning span. The balanced design prevents common issues like one-side sagging that plagues older units. Unlike universal fit parts, this OEM-specific assembly guarantees proper mounting alignment and motor compatibility.

The Prepflex Green Fade fabric offers 98% UV blockage while resisting mildew and water absorption. Its fade-resistant treatment preserves appearance through seasons of sun exposure. When paired with Solera's power awning system, you get one-touch operation with automatic slack adjustment during retraction.
