Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Premium Awning Roller Assembly for Power & Hybrid RV Awnings

Frustrated with awning rollers that bend under wind load or fade after one season? Standard roller tubes often fail when you need them most, leaving your awning vulnerable to damage. Solera's engineered solution combines aircraft-grade aluminum construction with patented Prepflex Black Fade technology to outperform factory original parts.

Features

  • 19-foot length - Fits most standard power and hybrid RV awnings
  • Prepflex Black Fade technology - Blocks 98% of UV rays to prevent color fading
  • 3.5" diameter aluminum tube - 30% thicker than standard rollers for wind resistance
  • Precision bearings - Smooth operation with less than 1dB of operational noise
  • Tool-free installation - Compatible with Lippert® PowerAwning systems
  • 500-lb load capacity - Supports larger awnings without deflection

Engineered specifically for RV applications, this roller assembly withstands highway vibrations and campground conditions that destroy inferior components. The anodized aluminum construction resists salt spray corrosion while maintaining precise tolerances season after season.

Solera's hybrid design accommodates both power-operated and manual retraction systems, making it the ideal replacement for aging factory rollers. Unlike universal fit parts that require modification, this direct-fit assembly maintains your awning's warranty coverage.
