Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Professional-Grade Power Awning Solution for Your RV

RV owners know the frustration of sticking manual awnings—whether it's fighting with a stubborn crank mechanism or watching fabric deteriorate after just one season. The Solera Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly solves these problems with robust motorized operation and premium Prepflex fabric that withstands sun, wind, and rain.

Features

  • 13-foot span - Fits most standard RV awnings up to 13' wide
  • Prepflex Black Fade fabric - UV-resistant material with 500+ hour salt spray rating
  • Quiet motor operation - 12V DC motor deploys awning in under 30 seconds
  • Hybrid-ready design - Compatible with both power and manual override systems
  • All-metal roller tube - 2.5" diameter aluminum construction won't warp or bend
  • Integrated weather sensors - Optional automatic retraction during high winds

Unlike aftermarket awning replacements that require modifications, this Solera assembly is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for Lippert power awning systems. The durable black fade fabric maintains its color for years without the chalky residue common on cheaper vinyl fabrics.

For RVers who value convenience, the one-touch power operation eliminates the hassle of manual cranking—especially useful when setting up camp in rainy weather or packing up quickly. The hybrid design means you'll still have manual operation capability if needed.
