Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Upgrade your RV awning with Solera®'s premium roller assembly

RV owners know the frustration of awnings that stick, sag, or fail to retract smoothly. Over time, exposure to sun, wind, and rain can warp roller assemblies, leaving you struggling with manual operation or even risking damage to your awning fabric. The Solera® 17' Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly solves these problems with precision engineering and durable materials designed for years of trouble-free use.

Features

  • 17-foot length - Fits standard RV awnings for most mid-size to large RVs
  • Prepflex Silver Fade finish - Resists UV damage and weather corrosion
  • Heavy-duty roller tube - 3.5" diameter for superior strength and smooth operation
  • Power & hybrid compatible - Works with both motorized and manual awning systems
  • OEM precision - Exact fit replacement for Solera® awning systems
  • Reduced friction design - Specialized bearings ensure smooth extension/retraction

When your RV awning stops working properly, it's more than an inconvenience—it can leave your outdoor living space unprotected from sun and rain. The Solera® roller assembly restores like-new performance with components engineered to withstand the rigors of RV travel. Unlike aftermarket parts that may fit poorly or wear quickly, this OEM assembly matches the original quality of your Solera® awning system.

The Prepflex Silver Fade finish isn't just for looks—it provides an extra layer of protection against the elements. Whether you're parked at the beach or in the mountains, this roller assembly maintains smooth operation season after season.
