Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size

Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Replace a tired awning with a factory-style Solera roller assembly that actually tracks right

✓ OEM Authentic Solera® Product

Bring back smooth push-button shade with a factory Solera® roller assembly

A failing awning roller assembly shows up fast in RV life: fabric that no longer tracks cleanly, rough extension and retraction, a patio area that looks tired, and a setup that feels one gust away from becoming a bigger repair. The Solera® 16-foot Power & Hybrid RV Awning Roller Assembly is the direct factory-style replacement for bringing that awning back to a clean, smooth, ready-to-camp state.

Features

16-foot awning width is sized for compatible Solera power and hybrid patio awning setups
Standard 8-foot projection delivers the coverage RV owners expect at camp
Prepflex solid black fabric gives a clean look while standing up to normal outdoor use
Integrated light track lets you add the Solera Fabric Light Kit separately for illuminated patio space
Power and hybrid hardware compatibility works with matching Solera 18V or hybrid awning systems
Roller tube with attached fabric included gives you the core awning assembly in one replacement kit

For many owners, the awning is the outdoor living room. It is where you sit in the shade, keep the entry area cooler, and make the campsite feel usable. When the roller assembly starts wearing out, the whole experience gets worse. Replacing the roller assembly is often the cleanest way to restore operation without piecing together a patchwork of fabric and hardware repairs.

This listing is for the roller assembly itself, using Solera's power and hybrid family design. The Prepflex solid black fabric offers a crisp OEM look, and the integrated light track keeps your options open if you want to add awning lighting later. If you already have compatible Solera power or hybrid hardware and need the 16-foot roller assembly in solid black, this is the correct style of replacement.
