Lippert catalogues it as "PCB MAIN FCR16DCASA CONTROL BOARD (NEW)", manufacturer reference C-FCR16DCASA-067.

Part number note — read this if you were quoted an older number. Part# 2026066404 is the current revision of this board and supersedes 2022111964 and manufacturer reference C-FCR16DCASA-031, per Lippert's own listing. If your service quote, dealer paperwork or a previous order shows 2022111964 or C-FCR16DCASA-031, this is the part that replaces it. Older price files and third-party listings are still circulating the retired numbers.

Do You Need This Part?

The Arctic 16 uses two separate boards, and they are not interchangeable. Work through this before ordering:

1. Confirm the appliance. The model label must read FCR16DCASA-BG (black glass) or FCR16DCASA-SS (stainless). This board is not for the Everchill or Greystone 12 V refrigerators.
2. Decide which board failed. This part (2026066404, ref C-FCR16DCASA-067, formerly C-FCR16DCASA-031) is the main control board that runs the display, door switches, sensors and 12 V distribution. The compressor driver board is a different part — Lippert C-FCR16DCASA-060, part# 2022128891. If the display and lights work but the compressor never runs, look at the driver board first.
3. Rule out the simple causes. A dead panel is usually caused upstream of the board. Per Furrion's troubleshooting table, "no display on the display panel" is caused by the appliance not being switched on, a discharged 12 V battery bank, a blown or defective fuse, or intermittent/broken DC wiring — check all four before condemning the board.
4. Check Low Power mode. If both temperature displays show "--" and the interior lights are off, the refrigerator is in Low Power mode, not faulty. Press and hold the Function button for 5 seconds to exit.
5. Compare the board itself. Pull your board and compare it to our photographs above. Ours is silkscreened "SE DC12 POWER CO…", UL file E123995, FR-4 94V-0, with a large aluminum heatsink, four gold pin-header arrays down the right edge, and connector positions labelled for four door inputs (FL_DOOR, FR_DOOR, RL_DOOR, RR_DOOR) and four sensor inputs (R_SNR, F_SNR, FD_SNR, BW_SNR), plus 5 V SEL / 12 V SEL selection jumpers.

Furrion does not publish board-level dimensions, pinouts or a component-level schematic for this PCB, and we will not reproduce figures we cannot trace to a Furrion document. If you need a physical dimension to plan a repair, ask us and we will measure a board.

Installation Notes

• Disconnect the 12 V DC supply before opening the control enclosure. Areas of this board are silkscreened HIGH VOLTAGE / DANGER, and stored charge remains in the electrolytic capacitors after power-down.
• Furrion requires the refrigerator to run on a dedicated 12 V circuit rated minimum 20 A and maximum 40 A, not shared with any other equipment.
• The circuit must be fused appropriately for the wire gauge used, with the fuse within 18 inches of the DC 12 V power source. Furrion specifies a single blow fuse only.
• If voltage drop is a problem at the appliance, Furrion's remedy is to shorten the wire run and/or increase the wire gauge — not to raise the fuse rating.
• Photograph every connector before unplugging it. The board carries separate labelled positions for four door inputs and four sensor inputs, and swapping two identical-looking plugs will produce a fault that looks like a bad board.
• Check the 5 V SEL / 12 V SEL jumper positions on your original board and set the replacement to match before powering up.

Is this a genuine OEM Furrion part?

Yes. This is the genuine Furrion / Lippert service board, part# 2026066404, manufacturer reference C-FCR16DCASA-067. It is not an aftermarket equivalent or a rebuilt board, and it carries Lippert's 1-year warranty term.

I was quoted part 2022111964 or C-FCR16DCASA-031. Is this the same board?

Yes. Lippert lists 2026066404 as superseding both 2022111964 and C-FCR16DCASA-031. The current manufacturer reference is C-FCR16DCASA-067. The retired numbers are still widely quoted, so if that is what you were given, this is your part.

What is the difference between this board and the compressor driver board?

This part is the main control board (2026066404 / C-FCR16DCASA-067) that handles the display, door switches, temperature sensors and 12 V distribution. The compressor driver board is a separate part, Lippert C-FCR16DCASA-060 / 2022128891, which drives the compressor itself. A dead display points at this board; a compressor that never starts while everything else works points at the driver board.

My display is completely dead. Is the board definitely bad?

Not necessarily. Furrion's troubleshooting table lists four causes of a dead display before the board: the appliance not switched on, a discharged 12 V battery bank, a blown or defective fuse, and intermittent or broken DC wiring. Also confirm the refrigerator is not simply in Low Power mode, which shows "--" on both displays with the interior lights off and is cleared by holding the Function button for 5 seconds.

Will this board fit an Everchill or Greystone 12 volt refrigerator?

No. It is specific to the Furrion Arctic FCR16DCASA-BG and FCR16DCASA-SS. Send us your model number and we will find the correct board for other units.

How do I tell whether the board I have is this part?

Not from its label — the factory labels on this board are traceability codes (DA000068203, WLA 00240, DC12V 456) and do not carry the Lippert part number. Match on your appliance model number, or send us a photo of your board and we will identify it.
