Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Premium Awning Performance Without the Hassle

RV owners know the frustration: awnings that jam, fabrics that fade prematurely, or mechanisms that fail when you need shade the most. The Solera® Power & Hybrid Awning Roller Assembly solves these problems with rugged construction and precision engineering. As an authorized Lippert dealer, we deliver the exact OEM replacement part your RV deserves.

Features

  • 12-foot span – Fits standard power and hybrid awning systems for most Class A, B, and C RVs
  • Prepflex Blue Fade fabric – Advanced UV-resistant material retains color 3x longer than standard vinyl
  • Heavy-duty roller tube – 3.5" diameter aluminum core withstands 50+ mph wind gusts when properly tensioned
  • Sealed ball bearings – Smooth operation with 10,000+ extension/retraction cycles
  • Lippert-compatible motor housing – Direct replacement for OEM power awning systems
  • Pre-drilled mounting points – Bolt-on installation with 6 hardened steel attachment brackets

Unlike aftermarket assemblies that require modifications, this Solera® roller drops into your existing awning framework. The Prepflex fabric’s fade-resistant technology means your RV maintains its curb appeal season after season, while the reinforced stitching (18 stitches per inch) prevents edge unraveling.

For RVers who rely on their awning for shade, rain protection, or outdoor living space, this isn’t just a replacement part—it’s an upgrade. The hybrid design works with both power-operated systems and manual override modes, giving you flexibility when off-grid.
