Complete your awning

Most replacements need only the roller if your arms work. A new or damaged awning needs the arms & hardware kit.

How to measure your awning size
  1. Close the awning and mark the horizontal center of each support arm.
  2. Measure from one center mark to the other. That distance is your awning size: 16 ft between arm centers means a 16 ft awning.
  3. Order the size that matches exactly. The fabric itself is about 10 in shorter than the size (a 10 ft size has 9 ft 2 in of fabric), so don't measure the old fabric.

Also match the series on your awning's label. Arm lengths differ by series, for example the 3000XL uses a 78 in XL arm.

Upgrade your RV awning with reliable, smooth operation

RV owners know the frustration of awnings that sag, jam, or fail when you need shade the most. Cheap rollers wear out quickly, and mismatched replacements can lead to uneven tension or fabric damage. The Solera® 10' Power & Hybrid RV Awning Roller Assembly solves these problems with precision engineering and durable materials designed for years of trouble-free use.

Features

  • 10-foot span – Fits standard RV awnings for motorhomes and trailers
  • Prepflex White Fade fabric – UV-resistant material that maintains color and strength
  • Power & hybrid compatible – Works with both electric and manual awning systems
  • Heavy-duty roller tube – Aluminum construction for lightweight durability
  • Smooth operation – Precision bearings ensure quiet, even retraction
  • Easy installation – Direct replacement for OEM awning rollers

Solera® awnings are built to withstand the rigors of travel, from intense sun exposure to high winds. The Prepflex fabric resists fading and mildew, while the reinforced roller tube prevents bending or warping over time. This assembly is the exact same quality used in OEM installations, so you get factory-level performance without dealership markup.

Whether you're replacing a worn-out roller or upgrading from a manual system, this power-ready assembly delivers reliable performance. The balanced design prevents uneven tension that can lead to fabric tears, and the smooth operation means no more wrestling with sticky mechanisms.
