Why Choose This Replacement Glass Front?

Physical-Button Glass: LFP40-GLASS is the replacement-glass part number for the 40" physical-button fireplace family listed here as WD914-40. Exact suffix and mounting compatibility must be checked; this is NOT touchscreen glass.

Restore Safety & Beauty: Cracked or damaged fireplace glass compromises both safety and aesthetics. This replacement glass front restores the protective barrier while maintaining the elegant flat front design with crystal accents that makes your fireplace a focal point.

Easy DIY Installation: Save on service calls with straightforward replacement that most RV owners can complete themselves. No special tools or technical expertise required.

OEM Quality Guaranteed: Authentic Covenant replacement part manufactured to exact factory specifications for durability, heat resistance, and long-lasting performance.

WD914-40L replacement-glass fitment

In a September 30, 2026 reply about a WD914-40L fireplace with raised physical buttons and a 40-inch flat front, LaVanture advised that LFP40-GLASS should be the replacement glass based on the part number. This is a qualified supplier recommendation, not a confirmed exact-fit cross-reference. The reply did not provide glass dimensions, mounting-tab geometry, or a parts/BOM document establishing the match. Compare your full model label, glass dimensions, and mounting points with the replacement before ordering; request confirmation if any detail differs. Do not select glass by the 40-inch size alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I know if I have a physical button or touchscreen model?
A: Physical button models have raised, tactile buttons on the control panel. Touchscreen models have a flat glass control surface. If you have a touchscreen model, you need SKU LFP40-TSGLASS touchscreen replacement glass instead; LFP40-CT is a fireplace model designation.

Q: What's included with this replacement glass?
A: This is the glass front panel only with crystal accents. Installation hardware may need to be reused from your existing unit.

Q: Can I install this myself?
A: Yes! Most RV owners can complete this installation with basic tools. Ensure the fireplace is cool and disconnected from power before beginning.

Q: Will this fit other brands of RV fireplaces?
A: This is designed specifically for Covenant 40" models with physical buttons. For best results, verify your model number before ordering.
