Measure the outside diameter of the metal roller tube the fabric wraps around. A 1-1/4" tube is Slow-Rise. A 1" or 3/4" tube is Valu-Line. That one measurement settles it. The two lines take different springs, different end brackets and different hardware, so ordering by line name alone is how people end up with a part that does not fit.

Do not guess from the fabric. Both lines were used across the same coach brands and the fabric looks similar. The tube diameter is the only reliable identifier. If the shade is still in the wall, you can usually read the tube size at the end cap without removing the whole assembly.
