How it works:

  • Enter the competitor's information, product URL, and their price
  • Our AI system instantly evaluates the request based on our product cost and margin requirements
  • If approved, you'll receive a unique discount code to use at checkout

Important guidelines:

  • We price match to authorized specialty retailers and distributors—not marketplace sellers like eBay or Amazon
  • The competitor must be an authorized vendor for the brand in question
  • Price matches are evaluated based on our actual product cost and cannot always be honored if margins don't allow
  • Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order—we cannot retroactively apply price matches to completed orders
  • The product must be identical (same part number, specifications, and condition)

Do you ship to PO boxes? 🔗

No, we cannot ship to PO box addresses. Our RV parts include large items such as tanks and hardware that require delivery via freight carriers (LTL) and standard carriers like UPS and FedEx, which cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Important: If you enter a PO box as your shipping address, it will delay your order and may lead to your order being automatically cancelled and refunded. We'll need to contact you for a valid physical street address before we can process shipment. Please provide a complete street address at checkout to ensure prompt delivery and avoid cancellation.

Do you ship to trailer parks or campsites? 🔗

Yes, we will ship to trailer parks and campsites, but please be advised these types of locations have a decently high failure/return to sender rate.

Important: You need to check with the main office first to ensure they are aware of your shipment and allow it. If orders are lost, held, or returned to us, we are unable to assist beyond offering a reshipment if desired (though at an additional cost) or refunding per the refund policy of each individual item.

Can I pick up my order instead of you shipping it? 🔗

Technically no, but in certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate. Please reach out to our customer service team if you have a reason to request this and we can discuss further.

Do you offer business accounts or discounts for mobile techs, businesses, dealers, etc? 🔗

I need to cancel an order, how do I do that? 🔗

Due to the wide varying nature of products and processes involved for the items we sell, all orders have a 1-hour cancellation policy where you can cancel the order yourself from the order confirmation or status page.

After that 1-hour period, you will need to reach out to our customer service staff to check if the order you placed may be cancelled or not. Many orders are built-to-order or fulfilled locally from our partners in Elkhart, Indiana, which could prevent us from being able to cancel the order.

Important: Please place orders when you are confident in the part, as many parties work in coordination behind the scenes to make all this happen.

Do you offer exchanges? 🔗

No, we do not offer exchanges. You simply place a new order for the item you need, and then process a return for the original item you don't need. This expedites the process and works better for all parties.
