Shop current Furrion Chill Cube 18K RV rooftop air conditioners built for efficient cooling plus heat-pump support. Choose a complete ducted or non-ducted bundle when you need the rooftop unit, air distribution box, and thermostat together, or select a standalone heat-pump rooftop unit when you already have the matching controls.

Need help choosing? Call Elkhart RV Parts and we’ll help match the right Furrion AC setup to your RV.

Start with the bundle if you are replacing or upgrading the whole setup

For most shoppers landing here from an ad, the safest path is a complete Furrion Chill Cube heat pump bundle. The bundle listings group the main rooftop unit with the matching air distribution box and thermostat pieces so you are not guessing at the required controls after the AC arrives.

• Ducted bundle: use when your RV has ceiling ductwork and a wall thermostat style setup.
• Non-ducted bundle: use when the AC blows directly into the room through the ceiling assembly.
• Standalone rooftop unit: use when you already know your existing Furrion controls / ADB are compatible or you are replacing like-for-like.

Quick buying guide

1. Match ducted vs. non-ducted first

This is the biggest compatibility decision. A ducted Furrion RV AC system is intended for RVs with ceiling ductwork. A non-ducted system is for direct room airflow through the lower ceiling assembly.

2. Decide whether you need a bundle or rooftop unit only

If you are not 100% sure your existing thermostat, controller, and air distribution box match the new AC, buy the complete bundle. If you are replacing the exact same style unit and already have the correct controls, the standalone rooftop unit may be enough.

3. Confirm BTU size and roof opening

Most RV rooftop AC installations use the standard 14 inch roof opening, but always verify your current setup before ordering. Higher BTU units are popular for larger rooms, poorly insulated trailers, or hot-weather camping.

FAQ

Does the Furrion Chill Cube have a heat pump?

Check the exact part number. Lippert identifies 2025008215 (black ducted), 2025008216 (white ducted), 2025008217 (black non-ducted) and 2025008214 (white non-ducted) as Chill Cube 18K models with a heat pump. The Chill Cube name alone does not identify the configuration. Use the official Furrion compatibility chart to confirm the rooftop unit and matching controls before ordering.

Does a Furrion heat pump replace the RV furnace?

No. A heat pump can help with cool-weather comfort, but it is not a full furnace replacement for freezing conditions. Keep your RV furnace for true cold-weather heating.

Should I buy a Furrion bundle or rooftop unit only?

Buy the complete bundle if you need the rooftop unit plus the matching air distribution box and thermostat/control pieces. Buy a rooftop unit only when you are replacing like-for-like or already know your existing Furrion controls are compatible.

Can Elkhart RV Parts help me choose the right one?

Yes. If you are not sure which Furrion AC or bundle fits your RV, contact us with the model/part number on your existing rooftop unit and whether your RV is ducted or non-ducted.
