The zippered cover comes off completely for machine washing. Follow the cover’s care instructions for washing and drying; the washable component is the cover, not the mattress interior.

A few things to know before you build

Can I really remove and machine wash the cover?

Yes. The zippered cover is fully removable and machine washable. Follow the cover’s care instructions for the appropriate wash and drying method. Do not machine wash the mattress interior.

What sizes and shapes can I configure online?

Enter widths from 18–60 inches and lengths from 48–80 inches in whole-inch increments, with 4, 6, 8, or 10-inch thickness. Each corner can be square, angled, or rounded. Interior notches, complex curves, and dimensions outside those ranges need a review before ordering—contact our team rather than choosing a shape that only approximately matches.

Can I buy just a replacement cover?

Absolutely. Choose Cover Only and enter your existing mattress’s width, length, thickness, and corner details. You get a made-to-order zippered cover without purchasing a new mattress. The selected material is Richloom Bunkhouse in Dune; wider covers may include a neatly sewn panel.

How do I order two bunks with different sizes?

Configure the first bunk and add it to your cart, then choose Build another bunk to create the second. Use Number of identical bunks only when every specification is the same. You can use Edit this bunk in the cart to revise a saved configuration before checkout.

How do you know what to manufacture?

Your dimensions, corner choices, thickness, and Mattress + Cover or Cover Only selection are captured in a build-sheet PDF before the item reaches your cart. That sheet travels with the manufacturing order. Accurate measurements matter, so check every specification before checkout.
