The poles required to attach the trays for Thomas Pane recliners are often taped underneath the tray itself, so be sure to check there first. If the poles you found do not fit your recliner's armrest, it may be due to design changes in the recliner model, and unfortunately, longer or alternative poles are not available from us or the manufacturer at this time. If the trays cannot be properly installed, you can return them. Elkhart RV Parts will assist with the return process and has waived the 20% restocking fee for this issue.
