I ordered 1.25" diameter Auto Stops and replacement springs for my RV slow-rise shades, but my shades require 3/4" diameter parts. How can I return the incorrect items and purchase the correct 3/4" versions?
If you received 1.25" diameter Auto Stops and replacement springs but your RV slow-rise shades require 3/4" diameter parts, you can return the incorrect items for a full refund without any restocking fee. Please securely package the parts to avoid damage during shipping. A prepaid return shipping label can be provided upon request.
