My Greystone oven door glass is broken — it looks like the inner glass panel shattered. I need to find the right replacement door. How do I know which part fits my range?
The glass on Greystone RV range doors is built into the door assembly — you can't replace just the glass pane separately. The good news is that Greystone sells a complete replacement door assembly that drops right in. The key is identifying whether you have the CF-RV17 (17" range) or the CF-RV21 (21" range), as the door assemblies are different sizes and are not interchangeable.
For the CF-RV17, the replacement door (part # 2022451445) measures 21.5" wide x 11.5" tall and includes the full glass panel pre-installed. For the CF-RV21, the stainless steel door assembly measures 21.5" wide x 15.5" tall.
To confirm your model, look for a silver sticker under the cooktop — lift the bi-fold glass top and check under the burner tray or inside the door frame when the door is open. The model number will start with CF-RV17 or CF-RV21.
