The Furrion Chill Cube 18K BTU rooftop air conditioner I ordered arrived with broken brackets on the lid. My RV technician says this AC won't work on my 2015 Forest River Cardinal 3450 fifth wheel because it's not thermostat controlled. Can I return it, and do you have a rooftop AC compatible with my RV that has thermostat control? I currently have a Dometic Penguin 13.5K BTU unit but don't need a heat pump.
