Wall thickness is 0.180" in black polyethylene.
Myer tanks are manufactured to meet quality and health safety standards. With fewer impurities, these tanks are strong enough to take the bumps and bangs without compromising the security of your fresh water storage. Myer uses a process called roto-molding in which high-density plastic is rotated and molded into shape. This process creates a seamless tank in which the walls are of equal thickness, with no weak spots to cause trouble later. It is this process that has earned Myer the reputation for quality tanks.
THE SEALED HOLE ON TOP OF THE TANK IS FROM THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. IT IS A VENTING HOLE USED DURING THE CREATION OF THE TANK. IT HAS NO FUNCTIONAL USE FOR THE END-USER.

Because there are thousands of tank designs for all the different RVs built over the years, this tank is considered a “Custom Built Product.” Custom tanks will take the manufacturer time to build. We are currently seeing 1-3 week production times since the manufacturers also build tanks for most of the OEMs here, along with us.
As a CUSTOM built product, once the order has been placed into production there is NO CANCELLATION / REFUND of the order.
