Will Not Turn On Or Off
Q: won't shut off when reaching temp
Reason: PC board faulty
Solution 1: Replace the PC board (Touchscreen / Physical Button)
Suggestions: 1) To disconnect the main power supply for about 15 minutes, and restart it after Overheat protection cools off. 2) The ambient temperature is too low, preheat first, the PC board is set to start at low temperatures: 23°F to 32°F turn on and wait 30 seconds before turning on the heat -5°F to 5°F turn on and waith 2 mins before turning on the heat.
Q: won't stay on. Clicks on and off very fast and remains off.
